How do I take Visbiome
- Visbiome is an orally administered powder which can be mixed into cold water, any non-carbonated drink, or yogurt and consumed. To be taken in the morning or evening or as directed by your physician.
- Adjustment of the intestinal flora can take a few days or weeks; it may take up to one month for the colonization of the gut to become optimally stable.
- Please consult with your physician regarding specific dosing requirements.
